What will happen next?
You will be assigned a dedicated mortgage specialist, within a team of Independent Financial Advisers. His responsibility will be to ensure a satisfactory and speedy conclusion to your mortgage requirements.
What will your dedicated mortgage specialist do for you?
He will assess your situation and requirements and find you the right mortgage. He will search from the entire mortgage market and in addition will be able to offer exclusive mortgage deals negotiated by Newgate Finance and Properties for their clients.
He will also arrange your mortgage protection plans, your buildings insurance and a solicitor too - if you haven't already arranged one.

Daily updates will be given to you by telephone, email or text message.
